Tender Loving Care

Love doesn't ask why
Its speaks from the heart

So let's take what we found 
And wrap it around us.

                 No one knows where, when or why they've falling in love. But one thing for sure, love is something that comes naturally from the heart and you can't stop this feeling when you finally found someone. But what would you do if that someone doesn't even care or have the feeling like you do. If you are a guy, you might be able to just forget about the feeling that grows in your heart and just let it be but, not for a woman. Usually for a woman who has found her first love it would be hard for her to forget about it because for a woman, they try to keep the first love as the love of her life but for a guy, first love might not be the one and only love for them even a love at first sight.

                        If you found true love, you'll think that you've discovered the other part of your life. You might want to share everything with your loved ones. Whether you are sad or happy. As we know love is for sharing and when the feeling lies in one's heart, the heart will beat in their own rhythms but one must remember that love doesn't make the world goes round, love is what makes the ride worthwhile.

                             Love also make all hard hearts gentle. No matter how stubborn the person is but when this symptom has attacked even as a steel iron will melt. Well that is the power of love. Whether you like it or not but that is the reality of getting involved with this kind of matter. What's the big deal anyway to love and to be loved is the essence of life. People also appreciate more in their relationship when their love faces too many obstacles. There are some situations when you have to fight in order to live happily ever after with your love ones. Like Romeo and Juliet, Uda and Dara or Rama and Sita legendary stories. As Shakespeare had once said :

"Ay me! For ought that I could ever read or could hear by tale or history the course of true love never did run smooth".

                                  And for Shah Jahan had given to our history of civilization when he built a Taj Mahal as a rememberence for his beloved wife Mumtaz. Unfortunately, he also died several years later in his own son's prison Jahangir. However, Taj Mahal still proudly stands as a memorial of true love between two hearts.

                                    

A little information before you decide what type of business organization you want

In Malaysia there are three type of business organization known as:

1. Sole Proprietorship means one person in business for himself
2. Partnership means two or more person associated together for the purpose to conducting a business
3. Companies means an incorporation association.

Sole proprietor and partnership did not required a company secretary but it a must for company. The Companies Act, 1965 under Section 139 stated that every company must have at least one Company Secretary. The office of Company Secretary shall not left vacant for more than one month at any time.

What is the meaning of Company Secretary and what are their duties?

Company Secretary is a senior position in a private or public organization, normally in the form of managerial position or above. In the United States it is known as Corporate Secretary and in Malaysia and UK it is known as Company Secretary.

The Companies Act, 1965 or the Articles of Association do not provide the Company Secretary's duties even though the Company Secretary is a known figure within his organization. Company Secretary keep Board Members informed of their legal responsibilities and he is the company's mere representative on legal documents and its their responsibilities to ensure that the company and its director operate within the law. It is also their duty to communicate with shareholder and to maintain company records, such as lists of Directors and Shareholders.

Q and Q

Qushay and Qaisy are my two heroes...they were separated by one and a half year but they are like twins. Both of them have the same interest which is Detective Conan. If they say they were Detective Conan in the morning so don't bother to call their own names for the rest of the day because they will ignore you as if you are invisible.

Now they have learn to sing and their favorite melody is Tanya Sama Pokok but with their own lyrics like this:

Sapa yang goncangnya

Nanti Qushay goncangnya

Bila nak mainnya bila nak mainnya

Itu lah sayang...

Its hilarious when i first heard they sang their own version of Tanya Sama Pokok but they sang it seriously as if its the right lyric.  

They called me ummi but when i scold them they will called me Reksaksa and they  will transform as Ultraman Cosmos and Deigo hahahah for them if they kiss me i will transfer back as ummi and not a Reksaksa so whenever i'm in bad mood both of them will come to me and said ' Ummi...Ummi cium hah anak-anak bijak' they called me "anak-anak bijak" because that was the words of compliment i gave them for their good behavior  and for them the words also suit me when i'm not angry anymore hehehe

They called their father 'oyang' heheheh.... why? They heard i called my husband 'sayang' so they also want to call sayang but they could not pronounce the word sayang so sayang became oyang. Untill now when i ask them to called ayah instead of oyang....they will reply 'no umi bukan ayah oyang lah apppalah umi salah orang'. So my husband said let it be as long they don't called him names.

Qushay is the older one and love to watch F1....he is the 'anak kesayangan oyang' for him his oyang is his heroes...everything is nothing if oyang is not around

Qaisy is the younger one love to sing and 'mengacau' ummi he is my 'buchuk buchuk ummi' for him everything is ummi and without ummi his day will not complete...

But for me both of them are my treasure....

My two gud old friends

Aku masih ingat hari pertama mendaftar sebagai budak convent....its the best day of my life...why??? coz its the first day i met my dear friend Siti Rahmah Malusirang... and till now we still in touch tru phones and emails coz we've been saparated by South China Sea...Not to forget also my dear dear old friend Sitti Rahmah Abdul Hafid, we've been friends for ages since we were standard two (in the year 1986) untill now....Weird rite i have two gud old friends with the same name hehehehe

We share the same dreams when we were young and naive and Alhamdullillah all the three of us have our own beautiful and colorful life with our loves one. Acctually, there are so many things i wana write bout our beautiful memory but i guess i'll update later ok....c u when i c u
